CENTYENT was born from a specific frustration: watching clinicians make the right call and then watching patients walk away without acting on it.
Not because they didn’t understand. Not because they didn’t trust the recommendation. But because the system, from clinical complexity to financial friction, made it too hard to say yes.
The founders of CENTYENT have spent their careers at the frontier of healthcare AI, clinical decision support, and structured healthcare capital. They’ve watched the same pattern repeat: promising clinical tools that couldn’t be audited, couldn’t be trusted, and couldn’t be adopted at scale.
The problem was never ambition. It was the architecture. Tools built on probabilistic inference that couldn’t show their work. Platforms that generated recommendations but couldn’t explain them. AI that was impressive in demos and unreliable in practice.
CENTYENT was built from first principles.
Deterministic reasoning. A proprietary knowledge graph.
FDA-compliant from inception. Not because compliance is a box to check, but because clinical trust has to be earned, and earning it requires transparency.
For Ehsan, CEO of CENTYENT, this wasn’t an abstract problem. It was something he lived.
CEO & President
Eyad, Founder & Chairman of CENTYENT, arrived at the same conclusion from a different direction , watching a family member face the consequences of a delayed diagnosis, and recognising that it wasn’t a one-off failure. It was the system working exactly as it was designed: reactively, not preventively.
Founder & Chairman
Similarly, Co-founder Joydeep Sarkar’s lived experiences – and challenges – within the healthcare innovation space has prompted him to pursue better more reliable solutions.
We can’t create more doctors overnight, but we can put the best available evidence, matched to each patient’s specific context, at every doctor’s fingertips — reliably, every time.
Co-Founder
CENTYENT’s mission is to standar dise preventative healthcare and make it affordable for everyday patients, not just those with the right insurance, the right referral, or the right postcode.
Because the gap between a clinician’s recommendation and a patient’s ability to act on it shouldn’t exist. Closing that gap is what CENTYENT was built to do.
